Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an empowering tool for anytime, and particularly 2020. Can you imagine generations to come reading about this time in history and the great toilet paper shortage? They’ll laugh, I’m sure.
EFT is commonly referred to as “Tapping” or “psychological acupuncture”. The developers of EFT see it as being similar to acupuncture without the use of needles.
EFT is a powerful self-help method based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.
I have been a practitioner of EFT for a number of years now and love being able to assist my clients overcome all sorts of issues in their lives. Imagine not be held back in any area of your life, that’s the power of EFT. You can use it for yourself, and a Practitioner, like me, is the best way to work through the deeper emotions and life events we hold deep within ourselves.
I recently took part in an online tapping summit, Chaos to Calm, the link below will take you to my session which provides some information on how EFT helps calm our brains and a tapping demonstration.
You can also join me out on facebook Energy Balance EFT, the video is there as well.
I hold a meditation class online now, as the Centre is closed for groups. Each Tuesday 5.15pm to 6pm you can come along to a guided meditation on zoom. The zoom meeting ID is 5961923946. It is free whilst the centre is closed.
Love and Blessings,
