Community Classes Online

In Current Times ….

On any given day, you may experience a range of emotions from the very positive to an unfamiliar sense of anxiety, sometimes experienced through shallow breathing, tightened muscles and a feeling of loss of control.  The practitioners and community of the Hridhaya Centre provide many opportunities to enable you to make your way through these experiences.

I am offering a gentle class that will allow you to find your breath, ease tensed muscles and enable you to find the strength of the ground under your feet.  Actually let your body teach your nervous system that this is possible. Once experienced, it becomes easier for you to find that place for yourself. Through a sequence of gentle movements, usually but not always, on a mat on the floor, my classes involve helping you to find a new understanding of what is possible for you.  There is no stretching in this class, simply pleasurable movement, and it is available for all body shapes and ages 15 +.

Over the next two weeks, I am inviting the Hridhaya community to come along to 2 weeks of free classes – online, at your home.

Dates:  Week 1: 7th, 8th & 9th April

             Week 2:  14th, 15th & 16th April

Times:  Tuesday 10am

Wednesday 8:30 pm (hopefully the kids are in bed)

Wednesday 5:30 pm – A chair based class – if the floor is too far away

              Thursday 5:30 pm  (limited spaces)

If you are interested, please get in touch, to reserve the class you wish to attend.  You will need a device – ipad, laptop or phone with a camera – and I am more than happy to have a 10 min private session with you to make sure you can get into to the online class.   You will need a quiet space away from others for an hour and generally a mat and a couple of towels. (Or a regular kitchen chair for the chair class)

Spaces are limited – so I can give you personal attention. At the end of the 2 weeks, I will be offering a free 5 week series to the Mackay community.

Helping people find their breath, easing tension and finding the ground,

Sue Vonthien
