
Ladies & Gentlemen! Our ‘Meditation Mornings’ are starting from Friday 6th October and will be on every Friday.
Come learn meditation and relaxation techniques. If you already meditate, this is a great time to come and practise with the group. Suitable for all. No fee, any donation to Centre is accepted.
Arrival: 10 AM
Meditation: 10:30 to 11 AM
Morning Tea: 11 to 11:30 AM
Chairs and floor cushions are available at the Centre.
