This month in July why not try something that will feed your soul, increase your intuition and improve your self-awareness?

On Sunday the 24th July at 10am to 11:30am we are holding an opening morning. This event will focus on techniques to assist you reduce your stress levels, anxiety and depression. Come along and experience a beginners Kundalini yoga and meditation class at 10:15, or just a meditation and relaxation class at 11:05am.
In our centre we support the Mackay Homeless Women’s Shelter, we are asking that everyone attending our open morning please donate either a few $$ (and we will buy some food vouchers) or you may wish to donate a useful household item.
Kundalini Yoga is classed as ‘the yoga for householders’ meaning that it is achievable for everyone and can especially assist with stress, anxiety and depression using simple yoga postures, breath techniques, relaxation and meditation.
We have chairs to use if you prefer not to sit on the floor.
